Roberta J. Turney, 67, of Greenbrier, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015. She was born on Tuesday, October 7, 1947 in North Little Rock, to the late Alman and Venice (Newton) Satterwhite.
She was retired from the Pillsbury Factory as a Master Baker and she was also a beautician.
She is survived by her loving husband of forty years, Greg Turney; two children, Shawn Allen (Lora) of Plumerville and Chris Allen (Janis) of West Virginia; brother, Jimmy Satterwhite of Jacksonville; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Alman and Venice Satterwhite; and a sister, Pat Brown.
Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 28, 2015 in the chapel of Bishop-Crites Funeral Home in Greenbrier. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., on Monday, September 28, 2015 at East Shady Grove Cemetery with Brother Freddie Mark Wilcox officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Arkansas, 1818 N Taylor St # 186, Little Rock, AR 72207.
