If you googled the definition of “Cowboy” every definition would come up short. In our world and family, Daddy, A.K.A. Grandpa is the very definition of a “Cowboy”! He took many under his wing and provided a home and loving arms for them when they had nowhere else to turn. If you knew him, you knew just how much he loved his kids and especially his grandkids. He would give you the shirt off his back and never hesitate to lend a helping hand with no expectation of something in return. Angels don’t always have wings, sometimes they have handlebar mustaches and cowboy hats.
