She was born October 9, 1928 in Monroe, Louisiana to Red O'Banion
and Eula Mae O'Banion. Ruby was a member of the First United
Methodist Church in Beebe.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 50 years
Richard Lee Ellis, son Arthur Reid Ellis, and brother Guy
O'Banion.
Survivors include daughters Juanita Ann Bates (Mrs. Nita) and
John of Bee Branch and Billie Evelyn Crawford and Randol of
Strawberry. Other survivors include 4 grandchildren, 8 great
grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 10:30am January 14 at First United
Methodist Church in Damascus with Brother Bill Grothe
officiating.
