Russell William Johnson

Russell William Johnson, 87 of Guy, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 20, 2016.
He was born on March 27, 1928 in Huntington Park, California. To the late Harry W. Johnson and the late Winifred Baker Johnson.
Russell served his country proudly in the United States Navy.
He loved spending time with his children when they were younger, loved taking them to the beach, roller skating
and was very active with them. Russell worked for McDonald Douglas Aircraft as a production planner.
After early retirement Russell moved to Arkansas with very little and purchased some land
and began a second career as a cattle rancher, he grew it to a large operation with hundreds of acres and heads of cattle.
Russell will be missed by all who knew him.
Proceeded in death by one brother, Martin Johnson.
He is survived by his wife Audrey Faye; three daughters, Lynn Lynch and husband Larry of Ukiah, California,
Joan Cox and husband Sheldon of Albion, California and Sharlene Ketch of Grass Valley, California;
one son, Eric Johnson and wife Pam of Arvada, Colorado; Eleven grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren
and five great great-grandchildren; one sister, Cecelia Forrest of California
and two brothers, Allen and Wayne Patton of California.
