Samuel Charles Purviance, 57, of Damascus passed from this life on Monday, December 5, 2016. He was born Monday, August 10, 1959 in Stockton, California to Bill Purviance and Virginia Grace Anderson Purviance. Samuel was a member of Damascus First Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Sarah Martin.
Survivors include wife Heather Renee Emmert Purviance, children Samuel Joseph Purviance, Hannah Grace Purviance, Paradise Cheyenne Purviance and Dylan Blake Purviance all of Damascus. Other survivors include sisters, Amy Lake (Dan) of Montana, Rita Taynton (Mark) of California, Beth Baker of California, Crystal Peets (Robin) of California, brother, Dan Purviance (Paula) of California and granddaughter, Kinsey Lynn Purviance along with a host of extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 12th at 2:00 pm. With Brother Daniel Williams Officiating. Funeral arrangements have been made by Bishop Crites Funeral Home. 501-679-4400
