Samuel Eugene Heath

Samuel Eugene Heath, 54, of Conway, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2025. He was born in Conway, Arkansas on May 14, 1970, to Lonnie and Sylvia Heath.
Sammy graduated in 1988 from Greenbrier High School and attended the University of Central Arkansas. Sammy joined Needs Creek Missionary Baptist Church at 10 years old, and has been a member since. He was an avid outdoorsman, loved hunting, fishing, camping and loved animals. Sammy was a sports fan, he loved football and was a big fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Sammy is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ishmael and Juanita Simmons, Frank and Clara Heath; uncles, Charles Simmons and Dewey Simmons, Jake Heath, Elbert Heath and Larry Heath; aunts, Esther Brown, Pearl Martin, Clara Smith, and Meda Smith.
Sammy is survived by his wife, Dawn Heath; children, Whitney Heath, Jared Heath and Misty Heath; parents, Lonnie and Sylvia Heath; sister, Tracy (Shaun) McElhaney; nephews, Max and Sawyer McElhaney; uncle, Jimmie (Wanda) Simmons; and a host of family and friends.
Sammy’s Funeral will be at 2:00pm on Monday, February 17, 2025, at Needs Creek Missionary Baptist Church with visitation an hour prior and burial following at Needs Creek Cemetery.
