Sandra Kay Bush

Sandra Kay Bush, 80, of Greenbrier, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on December 2, 2024. She was born in Conway, Arkansas on March 19, 1944, to the late Will and Blanche Browning.
Kay grew up in Wooster most of her life and graduated from Greenbrier High School in 1962. She worked at Nabholz Construction for many years before retiring after over forty-five years of service with them. She was a member for eight years at Immanuel Baptist Church and prior to that was a member of LifeSong Baptist Church.
Kay was a woman of great faith in God and displayed that faith in every aspect of her life. She was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan, a Hallmark movie fan and When Calls the Heart fan. She loved spending time with family and loved ones. Kay’s absence will leave a huge void in everyone’s life who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bob Bush; son, Vance Wayne Griffin; brothers, Ruel Wayne Browning and William Dickie Browning; sisters, Betty Sue Browning Jones, Donna Mae Browning Plaugher and Ruby Nell Browning Pallmer; four infant siblings; and close companion, Harold Clevenger.
Kay is survived by her son, Kenny (Loyce) Griffin; bonus sons, Doug (Sonya) Bush and Steve (Bevin) Bush; grandchildren, Kimberly (Mike) Hagar, Phillip (Jeny) Hill and Adam (Ali) Southerland; bonus grandchildren, Whitney Bush, Stephanie Bush, Tyler Bush, Justin Nichols and Brandon Nichols; great grandchildren, Keaton Hill, Breck Hagar, Connor Southerland, Cayden Southerland, AJ Southerland, Carol Southerland and Jansen Southerland; and a host of family a friends.
A visitation will be from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at Wilcox Family Funeral Home.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, December 9, 2024, at Wilcox Family Funeral Home with Bro. Freddie Mark Wilcox and Dr. Billy Crow officiating.
