Sara Catherine Hope Murphy

Sara Catherine Hope Murphy, 28, of Quitman, Arkansas passed from this life on August 26, 2025. Sara was born on October 5, 1996 to Kirk and Maran Murphy of Quitman. Sara had a deep love for her family, was passionate about music and art, had an infectious laugh, and was never afraid to put in a little elbow grease or turn a wrench. She was a member of Marcus Hill Baptist Church. Sara was proceeded in death by her father, Kirk and brother, Luke Murphy. Survivors are her son, Montana Harris, her mother, Maran Murphy, her sisters, Emily (Shane) Coates of Quitman, Kelly Murphy of Long Beach, California, Elizabeth Murphy of Bittendorf, Iowa, her brothers, Casey and Amos (Veronica) Murphy of Quitman, nieces, Aria Murphy, Emma Coates, Shanah Coates, Shiann Coates, and Bailey Blue Murphy, her nephews, Luke Murphy, Bubba and Cash Carlton and Zayne Coates. Sara also leaves behind a large extended family, loved ones, and friends. We will greatly miss her.

Memorial services will be held at Marcus Hill Baptist Church on September 13, 2025 at 11:00am. Graveside service to follow.
