Shirley Anderson

Shirley Fay Anderson of Conway passed away on September 27, 2017. Shirley was born on September 4, 1936 in Scotland, Arkansas to Joseph Cicero Jones, and Inice Standridge Jones. Shirley was a CNA in nursing homes for years and cared very deeply for the people she took care of. Shirley was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family. Shirley also enjoyed knitting and reading. Shirley was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Brookes Bethel Baptist Church. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Inice, her husband of 31 years Pearl Junior Anderson, her brother Joseph Jones Junior, and her grandson Robert Keltner. Shirley is survived by her five children, Genia (Fred) Fuss of Oklahoma, Janet Brand of Austin, Linda (Albert) Isom of Alexander, Andy (Virginia) Anderson of Little Rock and Ray (Betty) of Conway, her sister Daphene Colyer of Tennessee, seventeen grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. There will be a visitation for Shirley on September 30, 2017 at 10am at Bishop-Crites Funeral Home in Greenbrier. A graveside service will be held on September 30, 2017 at 12:15 at Hudson Cemetery in Moreland with Brother Robert Roaten officiating.
