Teresa Kay Mansveld
August 21, 1948 — January 18, 2022
Teresa Kay Williams Mansveld of Greenbrier, Arkansas went into the loving arms of her Savior on January 18, 2022. She was born on August 21, 1948 in Houston, Texas. She was a resident of the Houston area most of her life and a graduate of Bellaire Sr. High School. She later earned her licensure as a Board-Certified Christian Counselor and Therapist, her Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling and her Master’s degree in Psychology. Teresa was also an ordained minister. In 2018 she and her husband relocated to Arkansas to be closer to family and enjoy rural life.
During her lifetime, Teresa worked with many ministries and churches in various capacities but her common goal was always to share the love of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. She lived every day of her life with an earnest desire to bring glory to God.
She enjoyed spending time with family and her beloved pets. Teresa was a loving and wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Gerardus Mansveld; daughter, Tamara Chaffee of Greenbrier, Arkansas; son-in-law, Vincent Stokes of Greenbrier, Arkansas; daughter and son-in-law Tiffiney and Steven Story of Greenbrier, Arkansas; and granddaughter, Eriana Stokes of Greenbrier, Arkansas.
She has been a blessing to all who knew and loved her. May we all carry the love of Christ shared with us, to the people we encounter. Well done Teresa, enjoy your reward.
Graveside service will be at 12:00pm on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Rosewood Memorial Park, 2602 S. Houston Ave., Humble, Texas 77396 with Dr. Alan Kitay officiating. Teresa’s family welcomes anyone who would like to attend her graveside service.
We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.
