Tommy Franklin Smith, 64, of Dover, Arkansas passed away on October 22, 2019. He was born in Artesia, California on July 2, 1955 to Billy Lee Smith and Eltrie Owens Smith.
He is preceded by his parents, Billy and Eltrie Smith; brother, Billy Smith; and sister, Hazel Smith, Ramona Smith.
Tommy is survived by his daughters, Krissy (Heath) Lewis ,Amanda (Jason) Hill and Jamie (Travise) Fisher grandchildren, Caitlyn Miller, Alyson Miller and Riley Brannon, and Angela Tarvin.
Visitation will be at Bishop-Crites Funeral Home in Greenbrier, Arkansas on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
Celebration of life will be at the Eagles 3928, 3016 E 16th St., Russellville, Arkansas 72802 in Russellville, Arkansas on Friday, November 1, 2019.
