Vicky Iona Reid, 60 of Greenbrier, Arkansas passed away on October 24, 2023. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 22, 1963 to Claude and Willie Dean Lawson.
Vicky was a faithful member of LifeSong Baptist Church. She loved quilting and was a special member of the quilting ladies at LifeSong. She retired after 23 years from UCA as an administrative assistant. She loved canning, gardening, and farming. She enjoyed her dog, cats, chickens and all animals. Vicky loved her flowers and admired the beauty of them but most of all Vicky loved her husband, grandchildren.
She is preceded by her parents, Claude and Willie Dean Lawson; and sister, Terri Harrison.
Vicky is survived by her loving husband of 40years, Timmie Reid; children, Timothy (Destiny) Reid; grandchildren, Jacob Reid, Kallista Reid, and Emma Reid; sisters, Becky (Jim) Reid and Joyce Staggs; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be at from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Wilcox Family Funeral Home.
Funeral will be at 10:00am on Friday, October 27, 2023 at LifeSong Baptist Church with Brother Freddie Mark Wilcox officiating and burial following to Watson Cemetery in Newport, Arkansas.
